Who This Program Is For
This program is open to any adult ready to commit to a trades career. We go the extra mile for people who have faced real barriers getting there.
What Participants Receive
Every benefit is fully covered — no cost to participants.
OSHA Certification
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 — fully covered. The industry-recognized credential required on most job sites.
Complete Tool Kit
Professional-grade hand tools, safety gloves, goggles, and a hi-vis vest — yours to keep.
Trade Training
Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical/HVAC modules. Digital blueprint reading on provided tablets.
Job Placement
Direct connections to hiring employers, union apprenticeships, and local contractor networks.
Mentorship
One-on-one guidance from licensed tradespeople throughout the full program.
Wraparound Support
Transportation assistance, childcare coordination, and life-stability support.
Volunteer & Get Involved
Tradespeople, instructors, and community supporters are the backbone of this program. Your time directly changes lives.
Licensed Tradesperson
Lead hands-on instruction in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC — in the field or in the classroom.
Guest Instructor
Teach blueprint reading, safety standards, or share career experience with participants.
Mentor
Walk alongside one participant as they move from training into their first trade job.
Employer Connector
Help our graduates land jobs by making introductions to contractors, unions, and firms.
